These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Diamond Autobody & Repair LLC, located at 18433 Buffalo Ct., Cleveland, Ohio 44119. By requesting an estimate or authorizing repairs, you agree to these Terms.
Estimates are provided free of charge and reflect our best assessment of the work required. Final charges may vary based on the actual condition of your vehicle and any additional work approved by you before it is performed.
Repairs are performed only after you authorize the work. We will communicate any changes to the scope or cost of your repair before proceeding, and we will not perform unauthorized services.
Payment is due when your vehicle is ready for pick-up. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved insurance settlements. If your repairs are covered by insurance, we will work with your provider to process the claim.
All repairs are backed by our 6-month warranty covering parts and labor. The warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
